Do I need to do anything to prepare for the visit?

Pull out receipts or appraisals for high-value items and make sure all areas are accessible. No need to clean or organize. We work around your home as it is.

Will my insurance company accept this documentation?

Our professionally prepared, timestamped reports provide photos, descriptions, serial numbers, and values in a format that is clear and credible for adjusters. How long does my inventory stay valid?

Your documentation is valid from the day it is created. As your home changes with new purchases, renovations, or changes in belongings, your inventory should be updated. That is what our annual update service and membership plans are designed for.

Yes. All accessible areas of your home are included in your base package. Item density in those spaces is factored into your quote through our intake form.
