These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messages you receive from Legacy Vault America LLC ("Legacy Vault America," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number on our website and checking the consent box, you agree to these SMS Terms and to receive automated text messages from us at the number you provided.

1. Description of Our SMS Program

Legacy Vault America uses text messaging to communicate with prospective and active customers. The kinds of messages you may receive include:

  • Quote variants generated by our intake form (showing your priced options for No Membership, Vault, and Concierge tiers)

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices

  • Service status updates, including when your inventory is in progress and when your final report is delivered

  • Membership communications such as renewal notices, update prompts, and benefit reminders

  • Promotional offers and information about new services or features

  • Responses to inquiries you submit through our website or in reply to our messages

2. Consent

By providing your phone number on our contact form and checking the consent box, you give Legacy Vault America express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to send automated text messages to that phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services. You may complete your home inventory documentation without enrolling in SMS communications by contacting us through email or phone instead.

We retain a record of your consent (date, time, IP address, the phone number provided, and the consent language) for a minimum of four years, as required by federal regulation.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the customer journey. During an active quote process, you may receive several messages over a few days. During active service delivery, you may receive a handful of messages over the duration of the engagement. As an active member, you may receive periodic update reminders and benefit notifications. Outside of active engagement, message frequency is low.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. These rates are determined by your wireless carrier, not by Legacy Vault America. Check your wireless plan if you are unsure of your messaging rates.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Legacy Vault America at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message we send you. After we receive your STOP message, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us.

You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or at the mailing address below. Opting out does not affect any home inventory services you have already purchased or any inventory data we have on file for you. To resume text messaging after opting out, you must re-enroll by submitting a new consent through our website or by replying START to a message from us.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, and most other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Some carriers may not deliver messages to certain devices or in certain regions.

Information we collect through your phone number, including SMS opt-in records and the content of messages, is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be communicated to you by text or email before they take effect. Your continued participation in our SMS program after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms.
